About the Author:

Beth Rosenthal Davis started her teaching   career in 1989.  She holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education, an Educational Specialist Degree in Computer Education, and an Early Childhood Certificate.  She is a National Board Certified Teacher and also holds and  Advanced Director  Credential.  She taught grades 2-5 and was an elementary science teacher.  In 2005 she left the classroom and opened Kids For Kids Academy, an Early Learning Center & Private School.  (www.kidsforkidscademy.com).

She is the author of You Are  Never Too Small To Make A Big Difference, Shira’s Dirty Paws The Mischievous  Adventures of  Patches The Cat published by Hands On Minds On Education and Hands On Science & Math published by Gryphon House.  Her charity Kids 4 Kids (www.kids4kids.org) has provided backpacks and school supplies to kids in need; over 90,000 since 1996 and also raised money for kids with cancer.

Rosenthal Davis has also served as a consultant for the  Florida Department of Education. She is a conference presenter and leads staff trainings in the area of Hands On Science and advises Early Childhood centers in the area of educational leadership and classroom observations.
